Life is hard in high school. It's harder still to juggle adolescence PLUS being a superhero. The story is about a boy named Mark. Mark's Dad is from another planet (think: Superman) but Mom is from Earth. Mark's Mom is a crack up. I like this series, I think I'll get volume 2.

Hmm, a new artist/co-plot writer. This issue is a flashback to six years ago when Bethany was still working at the bar. It gives us some insight into what a hopeful and brave little human she is. The story is a bit corny but at least we get to see a new villain and the beginning of Beth & Bloato's partnership.
